Amalie Labradoodles are looking for enthusiastic and committed dog lovers in the Northern Rivers region of NSW to become guardians to our treasured breeding prospects. These are male or female pups that will hopefully be eligible once mate, to join our breeding program.
Interested in being involved? As a guardian family, you would be responsible for raising and socialising the puppy. We are there to support you and there is a contract between Amalie as the breeder and you as the guardian. At the conclusion of that contract, the dog will retire to you as his or her guardian family. The benefit to our guardians is they have the opportunity to access the very best of what we breed in regard to temperament, coat and conformation. We are looking for families who have a secure and dog-friendly home environment, and who are committed to providing the best possible care for their Labradoodle puppy.
Choosing to be a Labradoodle guardian and the responsibilities
There are many reasons why someone might choose to be a Labradoodle guardian – it’s a great way to get involved with the breeding program without the responsibility of raising puppies. Being a guardian gives you the chance to have a Labradoodle puppy of your own and be well supported by the breeder. Labradoodles are social dogs and at Amalie, we want our breeding dogs to be reared as part of a family.
As an ethical and dedicated labradoodle breeder, the guardian program enables us to ensure healthy Labradoodles are being reared in a family environment where they can be well socialised rather than utilising a kennel system.
If you live between Byron Bay the Tweed river and you are interested in becoming a Labradoodle guardian, please send Tracey a message via our contact form.
